Do I Have SIBO?


Symptoms of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) can include gastrointestinal disturbances as well as systemic issues. Check off any signs or symptoms you may be experiencing:


☐ Gas and/or bloating with many foods

☐ Diarrhea, constipation, or both

☐ Abdominal pain and cramping

☐ Heartburn

☐ Nausea

☐ Fatigue, joint pain, headaches

☐ Food intolerances

☐ Low B12 and/or iron levels

☐ Worsening of symptoms as the day goes on

☐ Worsening of GI symptoms from probiotics containing prebiotics

☐ Improvement of GI symptoms while on antibiotics

☐ Worsening of constipation from fiber

☐ No improvement for celiac disease while following a gluten-free diet

☐ History of opiate use, steroids, or antibiotics

☐ Complaints of looking pregnant (male and female)

☐ Diagnosis of IBS, IBD, Crohn’s, or celiac disease

☐ Chronic fatigue syndrome, thyroid issues, or autoimmune disease


If you checked 3 or more boxes, you may have SIBO.
