Rustic Seed Bread from Gluten Free Living Magazine

1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup flaxmeal
3/4 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp xanthin gum
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp caraway seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 large eggs
1/2 cup plain European style yogurt
1 Tbsp canola or other oil
1 Tbsp dark molasses
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 400. Line a large baking sheet w/ parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients then add combined wet ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients over the dry and beat w/ a wooden spoon until smooth.
With lightly oiled hands, pat into a 7 inch diameter shallow dome. Slash a diagonal grid pattern on top.
Bake until brown and crusty 30 minutes. YUM.
